We joke that together we’re one really good brain. After meeting in school, we quickly realized our ethos and non-negotiables were perfectly aligned: Quality — the absolute highest. Craftsmanship — “by hand” still means something around here. Collaboration — we’re in the smile business, let’s keep things easy. And one last one: only hire and work with people who feel the same way. Done, done, and done.
